How to buy barcode ribbon
1. Bubbles or crafters on Barcode Ribbon: That is the quality problem, which means the Ink was not properly coating during the production process.
2. Crinkles: That's cased by the tension control system, which will be without any words showing during the printing.
3. Blank Printing Results（Words or images cannot transper properly）: that's beacuase the film wasn't treat perfectly.
4. The inner diameter of the Paper Core either too big or too small: create barcode ribbon does not fit into the bar code printers or barcode ribbon reel tape can not afford.
5. Barcode Ribbon Sticking Together: the printing temperature is too high, lower down it & can be much better.
6. Ribbon broken or the edge cannot printing: the paper roll didn't in fixed stiuation.
7. The Length is not enough. (We are the manufacturer can assure you that all the size can be in enought meters.)
8. the barcode ribbon doesn't properly making, too tight or too loose, it's impossible to synchronize barcode ribbon and printer while printing.
9. When refer to wax resin mixed ribbon, some suppliers cannot produce it perfectly. Our ribbon is in certain percentage of wax and resin. Can provided the best printing results for you.
